WING CHUN STRUCTURE

Shil Lim Tao ,Advanced Shil Lim Tao

The first and most important form in Wing Chun. Shil Lim Tao is the foundation of the art which all succeeding forms and techniques are based upon.









Muk Yan Jong

The Muk Yan Jong practice aims to refine a practitioner's understanding of angles,positions and footwork.

Dragon Pole

A form involving a wooden pole ranging anywhere from 8 to 13 feet in length.

Chum Kil 

Chum Kil focuses on coordination movements and entry techniques to bridge the gap between practitioner and opponent.

A form involving a pair of Butterfly knives Dao slighty smaller than short swords.

Arrow Fist Form

A form that focuses on turning from horse to bow and arrow stance and strike.

Bil Jee

Bil Jee is composed of extreme short range and extreme long range techniques. Such movements include very close range elbow strikes and finger thrusts. 

Chi Form

Slow motion solo form training sequences to promote concentration, condition the body and acquaint the student with the inventory of motion techniques.

Chi Sao


Sticking hands used for the development of automatic reflexes upon contact and the idea of sticking to the opponent.
